What is Neos Downloader?
It's a tool that silently download your rat, using its direct download link.
Why using it Neos Downloader?
Because the stub has a low size and it is semi-FUD and with a simple encryption you may get it FUD.
How to make a downloader using Neos Downloader?
Just to upload your stub to a upload website that give you the direct link, then put it in the textbox and click Build.
And you got your downloader.
If you run it, it will silently download the stub and run it.
